Center Manager

Responsibilities
• Manage the office, the employees and the Resident Representatives.
• Ensure that the office is running effectively, efficiently and in a cost effective manner.
• Provide support to the Resident Representatives.
• Maintain a close working relationship with Resident Representatives.
• Ensure that business operations and activities carried out at the office are aligned to the company’s various business strategies.
• Ensure that all business operations and activities are in line with regulations.
• Monitor and appraise all reporting employees.
• Responsible for the sales of the region under his charge.
• Contribute to the planning and developing of business strategies of HCMI Education.
• Collaborate and work closely with other functions of HCMI Education.

Requirements
• Graduate degree in Business Administration with Major in Marketing will be an advantage
• Minimum 2-4 years of Work Experience
• Results-oriented, analytical, independent with strong communication skills
• Willing to travel



Resident Representatives

Responsibilities
• Conduct seminars in educational institutions and coaching centers.
• Gather feedback from customers and report it to the Center Manager.
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contacts towards achieving agreed business aims
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaisons
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
• Attend training sessions to develop the relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
• Ensure that all activities carried out are in line with regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Communicate to the Center Manager any issues that may require additional support.
• Provide customer service as required such as responding to customer enquires.
• Carry out activities to implement the business strategies.



Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
• For driving business development functions of the HCMI group in local and regional markets.
• Will develop collaboration with educational and healthcare institutions in the region for healthcare education services.
• Will further assist with strategic planning, business review, financial modeling and financial analysis for the HCMI group

Requirements
• Graduate degree in Business Administration with Major in Marketing will be an advantage
• Minimum 6-10 years of Work Experience
• Results-oriented, analytical, independent with strong communication skills
• Willing to travel



Assistant Sales Managers

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Senior Regional Manager, you will lead a sales team of about 8 to 10 people (Local staff in the country of operation) to achieve aggressive enrollment targets within a disciplined expense budget.




Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to managing director will provide foundation to support the companies marketing and sales efforts
• Will take charge of marketing communications, promotion campaigns, leads generation, conferences and exhibitions
• Will also conduct market research, prepare SWOT analysis in the region and make recommendations for business development initiatives
• Travel around the region is expected

Requirements:
• Have degree or diploma in Business Administration
• At least 3 years experience in marketing
• Knowledge and experience in use of IT and Web Media is important
• Good command of English
• Excellent intrapersonal skills




Staffing Consultants/Recruitment Professionals

Responsibilities:
• Provides exciting opportunity to interact with both clients and job seekers from different walks of life on a daily basis
• Actively source, screen, interview and place the right candidates top the right positions

Requirements:
• Possess degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in target-driven sales or service operation
• Possess sense of urgency, strong passion for people industry
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment




Education Counsellors

Responsibilities:
The main role of the sucessful applicants is to counsel prospective students and families regarding studying Medical Programme in the Philippines and assit in day to day office activities including correspondence, exhibitions, seminars and liason related tasks.

Requirements:
• Miniumum qualifications: A recognised degree from a university
• Good interpersonal, communication and admistinistrative skills are essential qualities.
• In addition the sucessful candidates must be able to work under pressure



Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

We seek aggressive individuals in the USA interested in recruiting students for our healthcare programs in the Philippines. This position is offered to independent contractors willing to work their local and regional markets to establish student referral networks. All marketing materials will be provided and your efforts will be fully supported by our staff. We offer a very liberal commission program.

Responsibilities
• Establish relationships with high schools, trade schools, colleges, universities, social organizations, and other groups as needed to establish a pipeline of prospective students
• Setup and conduct seminars in educational and healthcare institutions in your assigned territory
• Coordinate and schedule all sales activities.
• Recommend additional marketing to US office.
• Gather and report information such as prospective student demographic data and feedback.
• Work self-generated and company provided leads.

Requirements
• College degree preferred, but will consider experience in healthcare and education sales or recruiting as a substitute for formal education.
• Professional appearance, representation of our company, and presentation skills.
• Computer and Internet savvy.
• Ability to create your own referral network and work territory with little or no supervision.
